The treatment is also planned and produced through sophisticated state-of-the-art systems.
Invisible Effect Aligners are manufactured entirely in our Laboratory, a leader in Italy and in many countries abroad, with state-of-the-art equipment and CE-certified materials.
Each Aligner is, unlike many industrial systems, made entirely by hand by qualified and experienced dental technicians. Moreover, each case is followed in a completely individual way to make the treatment proposed by the Clinician effective.
MADE IN ITALY
The Clinical Procedure diagnosed by the Orthodontist is also entirely individual because each patient has a different condition.
After design and 3D processing, each template is scrupulously checked one by one.
The aligners are then coded and bagged together with the entire case. Finally, the Declaration of Conformity and instructions for use for the Clinician and Patient are attached.
Finally, everything is carefully packed and then sent to the clinic, which will then take care of the installation.

COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT
Orthofan Effect Aligners become completely invisible when in contact with the teeth and the material used is fully non-toxic and non-allergenic. They also have the right combination of thickness and elasticity that allows tooth movements with light and constant forces, calibrated for each specific case. They remain completely transparent for the entire duration of use, which is normally two weeks; it is essential that the rules of oral hygiene and aligner washing are observed.
SUPER-SMOOTH SURFACE
The surface of the Orthofan Effect Transparent Aligners is really super-smooth, which prevents the patient from being stimulated to constantly touch those areas that are rough with the tongue. Even the edges in contact with the gums, which are made entirely by hand, are checked for completely rounded, smooth and shiny surfaces.
INCREDIBLE RESISTANCE
The material used to produce Orthofan Effect Transparent Aligners is biocompatible and certified to have the right balance of elasticity, strength and deformation. If properly used and if insertion and removal procedures are well followed, the aligners are indeed very strong despite the minimal thickness used.

Our planning procedures, after receiving traditional or digital impressions from the dentist’s office, involve a careful and thorough analysis of the initial condition of the two dental arches. The clinical indications received from the Dentist through his prescription, combined with those of one of our Dental Specialists, allow us to plan the 3D digital movement with software of unquestionable validity: we are the only ones in Italy to work with three similar systems but with completely different characteristics; this is because for us each patient’s case is important as is the Dentist who uses our facility.

Once the predicted teeth movement is obtained, we send the 3D files with the predicted and final condition of the patient to the dentist. In combination, we deliver a form indicating the number of aligners planned and everything needed to plan the dental arches in the best possible way to achieve correct alignment and chewing.
PRODUCTION
Upon acceptance of the design by the patient and – by extension – the clinician, the Orthofan lab begins production of the 3D prototype models in high definition.
Subsequently, each individual model passes into the hands of a dental technician who, after verifying the quality of the product, proceeds to produce the aligners one by one, printing them under high pressure with state-of-the-art machinery on 3D models.
